What this site is
akkeron.co.za is a waiting list for Akkeron's Drop 01 launch in South Africa. Joining the waiting list is free, requires no payment, and creates no obligation to purchase.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to join the Drop 01 waiting list or place an order once invitations open.
The waiting list and Drop 01 mechanic
Akkeron enters the South African market in limited drops rather than continuous stock. Drop 01 is capped to a limited allocation. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee an invitation, and receiving an invitation does not guarantee stock will still be available for your chosen model. Pricing per model is not published on this site and is disclosed when your invitation opens. Prices are subject to change prior to that point.
Intellectual property
The Akkeron name, logo, K mark, "Luxury 12K," and all product names, images, and copy on this site are the property of Akkeron and its South African representatives, or used under licence. Nothing on this site grants you a right to use these marks or content without written permission.
Orders, returns, and exchanges
A full returns and exchange policy will be published here before Drop 01 orders open.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Akkeron South Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or participation in the Drop 01 waiting list. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Drop 01 and future drops evolve. The current version will always be available at this page.
